THE STORY

New ideas

We met over a campfire at a mutual friend's 50th birthday. One of us was a recruiter and account manager, the other a job consultant specializing in effective job search and job matching. Once we were introduced, we naturally talked shop - and found we both saw opportunities for improvement in modern recruitment:

  • Relying too heavily on technology matching candidates and companies, without really deep diving into and understanding the specific job and what criteria are the most important for the companies, in order to make realistic and quality matches.
  • Collecting candidates into databases, without checking if their profile is sought after, leaving candidates hoping, but rarely contacted about a job, even when they reach out, instead of only collecting candidates that are sought after.

Our solution ... ? Demand based recruitment - Ensuring that companies actually need candidates when we contact them, and having said candidates already on file, ready to send to companies the same day. We only focus on a limited number of sought-after profiles and a limited number of clients, creating quality, dialogue-based matching.

THE PROCESS

Starts With Demand

Analyze

Instead of focusing on industry-specific recruitment, contacting companies about what they might need and then go hunting for it - we analyze the jobmarket and identify highly sought after profiles across industries.

Find

We then find, connect and talk to candidates with sought after profiles, identifying those who are ready for new opportunities and a job change and offer to match them with companies in their region.

Match

Then we contact companies and present candidates via short condensed, standadized profiles, instead of long CVs,  making it fast and easy to compare candidates and finding the right match. If a company hires a candidate we present, we collect a fee equal to the standard rate for recruiters.
